Although the suite I stayed in was fantastic, I personally found one aspect a bit disappointing. The lack of free toiletries in the triple room was a small downside for me.

During my stay at Grand Mercure, I was impressed by the level of cleanliness and the excellent service provided by the staff. The director, Ms. Ong, was very friendly and often seen making sure everything was in order for the guests. I had a great experience with her when I needed to check in early. The front staff were always welcoming and had smiles on their faces. The hotel's central location was a plus, as it was within walking distance to shops and the beach. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the pool was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Although the rooms were cleaned daily, there were some areas, such as corners, floors, doors. Additionally, the pool had some missing tiles that were sharp and need to be repaired for safety reasons.

The Grand Mercure in Seminyak was a fantastic stay. The hotel had a great location, just a stone's throw away from Double Six beach. The room was spotlessly clean and modern, with a super comfortable king-sized bed that made it difficult to leave. The staff were always friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel's amenities, including the big pool and efficient air conditioning, added to the overall comfort of our experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Grand Mercure. The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the pastries. The rooms are lavish, with huge king size beds, big cool pillows, and soft fluffy doonas. I loved my room overlooking the pool with horizon beach views. The balcony was a lovely spot to people watch, with two cosy armchairs and a table. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Seminyak doorstep with its restaurants and shops. The pools at the hotel are sensational, spacious, and there is even a separate kids pool. The daily water aerobics was a fun activity. I loved my stay at Grand Mercure.

We had a lovely time on our romantic escape! The hotel was conveniently located near the beach and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy Seminyak. The large pool was definitely a highlight, perfect for relaxing and cooling off in the Bali heat. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the bedroom, which was tidied up every day by the attentive staff.

There were a few drawbacks during our stay. The pool area didn't have enough sun loungers, and it was frustrating to see guests reserving them and then disappearing for hours.
